Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not create with lovideo

lovideo turns your prompts, files and instructions into videos with AI. This policy explains what you may not ask it to make. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you submit and everything generated from it.

Content you must not create

You must not use lovideo to generate, request or share:

  • Sexual content: nudity, pornography, or any explicit, erotic or sexually suggestive material, including "borderline" or provocative imagery
  • Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or content that sexualizes anyone who appears to be under 18. We report such material to the relevant authorities
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, or realistic depictions of a real person saying or doing something they did not, without their consent
  • Violence and gore: graphic violence, cruelty, or content that promotes, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism or violent extremism
  • Hate and harassment: content that attacks, demeans or threatens people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, or that bullies or harasses anyone
  • Self-harm: content that encourages suicide, self-injury or eating disorders
  • Illegal activity: content that facilitates illegal acts, including weapons, drugs, fraud or scams
  • Deception: misleading content intended to deceive people, such as fake news, election misinformation or fake endorsements
  • Infringement: content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights

How we enforce this policy

  • The first message of every conversation is screened by an automated content moderation service before any AI model runs. Prompts that are flagged are blocked and nothing is generated.
  • Blocked prompts are not charged. Credits already spent on generation that was started are not refunded.
  • We may review content that is reported to us or detected by our systems, remove it, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without notice.

If you see content made with lovideo that breaks this policy, email support@lovideo.ai.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time by posting the new version on this page.
